We are seeking dynamic and self-driven professionals for the role of Relationship Manager, based in Mumbai. Ideal candidates should have 6 to 12 years of experience working with banks and broking firms.

This role will be aligned with our Syndication Desk, which focuses on structuring and managing the distribution of financial instruments-primarily loans and securities-among multiple investors and institutions.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain solid working relationships with Debt Capital Market (DCM) desks of banks, private equity funds, and other NBFCs to facilitate deal flow and syndication prospects.




Evaluate loan proposals through detailed financial analysis and prepare presentations for internal management review and decision-making.
Oversee and periodically review the performance of syndicated loan portfolios to ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and timely reporting.

Desirables Skills: Multitasking & working Independently
Sound understanding / knowledge about various Financials products and Structures
lnternal and external Channel Management - temperament to be able to handle the conflicting situations
