Role
Paar Autonomy is looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the complete development of advanced electro-mechanical products—from concept and design to field deployment and production
Key Responsibilities
Own projects end-to-end: Requirements → Hardware Design → Development → Bring-up → Production
Lead mechanical, electronics, embedded and software engineering teams.
Drive product architecture, technical decisions, milestones, resources and schedules.
Review mechanical designs, CAD, PCB hardware, embedded systems and system integration.
Coordinate cameras, sensors, motors, actuators, controllers and communication interfaces.
Drive technical reviews, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Ensure mechanical, electrical, firmware and software integration is completed successfully.
Communicate project status,
risks and technical decisions to management and customers.
Candidate Profile
5+ years in technical project management, product development or engineering leadership.
Solid knowledge of mechanical and hardware design with valuable understanding of embedded/software systems.
Experience with electro-mechanical, robotics, aerospace, defense, imaging or autonomous systems is preferred.
Ability to understand CAD, schematics, PCB layouts and system architecture.
Solid ownership, leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
