Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day Company Secretarial and corporate compliance activities
Support preparation and documentation of Board and Committee meetings
Assist with ROC filings, statutory registers and records
Maintain compliance calendars and trackers
Support drafting of notices, agendas, minutes, resolutions and other secretarial documents
Assist with Companies Act and regulatory compliance
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors on legal & compliance matters
Support corporate governance and other related legal/secretarial activities

What We’re Looking For
Pursuing CS Executive / CS Professional or semi-qualified CS
Candidates with relevant Company Secretarial / Legal internship or practical exposure will be preferred
Valuable understanding of the Companies Act and secretarial compliances
Robust drafting,



documentation and communication skills
Valuable attention to detail and ability to manage timelines
Proficiency in MS Office
Early joiners who can commit to a 6–8 month assignment will be preferred
