Responsibilities
Manage and oversee distribution channels and partner relationships across assigned portfolio
Develop and implement distribution strategies to drive business growth and market penetration
Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are met and exceeded
Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners and stakeholders
Identify new business opportunities and market gaps within the distribution network
Coordinate with internal teams including operations, compliance, and product teams
Conduct regular reviews of partner performance and provide constructive feedback
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and DBS policies across all distribution activities




Prepare reports and presentations on distribution performance and strategic recommendations
Support product launches and promotional initiatives through distribution channels

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in distribution management, channel management, or related roles
Proven track record in developing and managing distribution networks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
Knowledge of banking, financial services, or related industry preferred
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
Willingness to travel as required for business needs
