Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 production support for Salesforce CPQ applications.
Investigate and resolve CPQ-related production issues within agreed SLAs.
Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
Troubleshoot issues related to product rules, price rules, quote calculations, configuration, and pricing.
Collaborate with Salesforce, business, and technical teams to resolve complex issues.
Monitor recurring issues and identify prospects for process/product improvements.
Support releases, deployments, and production changes as required.
Maintain proper documentation for incidents, resolutions, and known issues.
Work proactively to ensure system stability and availability
