Very good Communication Skill
Strong .Net Fundamentals with OOPs concepts.
Software design patterns and best practices
Very Good Knowledge of ADO. NET and XML, XAML, SQL Query/Store Procedures.
Very good in Database design, administration and maintece for SQL based systems
Positive experience in Design, Debugging complex Software problems
Solid Analytical and trouble shooting skills.
Positive to have
Knowledge on either of the composition tools like GMC Inspire, HP Exstream,
Exposure on vendor components like Solimar (Rubika, SOLfusion, SOLIndex), Racami (Alchem-e,Workflow).
Willing to learn 3rd party toolsets and able to work on setup configuration development projects.
Print Domain knowledge is preferable.
