We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the Domestic Hindi Voice Process role. This position is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates looking to start their career in customer service.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls in Hindi.
Provide customer support and address customer queries.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while dealing with customers.
Document call details and customer interactions accurately.
Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency.

Skills and Qualifications
Fluency in Hindi (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Valuable communication skills in English are a plus.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work in a team workplace and handle customer complaints effectively.
Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
