About the role

We're looking for a high-energy Founding Growth PM to help us turn early customer conversations into repeatable GTM motion. This role is ideal for an ex-founder, early startup operator, or entrepreneurial PM who wants to be close to product, customers, and company-building from day one.

You'll work directly with the founders across customer discovery, design partners, product feedback, positioning, outbound experiments, demos, and early GTM execution.

What you'll do
Run customer discovery and synthesize product/GTM insights
Help manage design partners, pilots, and customer follow-ups
Create sharp positioning, sales collateral, demos,



and customer narratives
Run outbound and growth experiments to identify repeatable demand
Translate customer pain into product, roadmap, and messaging input
Help build the early GTM motion from 0 to 1

Ideal profile
Former founder, early startup operator, or highly entrepreneurial PM
High ownership, high urgency, and founder-like energy
Robust communication, product judgment, and customer empathy
Comfortable talking to engineering leaders and technical buyers
Able to operate in ambiguity and create structure from scratch
Interest in dev tools, AI, infrastructure, DevOps, or engineering productivity
