Hiring: US IT Recruiter
We are looking for an experienced and motivated US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1–5 years of experience in US IT staffing/recruitment and strong knowledge of the US recruitment process.
Experience
1–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
Experience with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring processes
Good understanding of US IT technologies, job roles, and staffing requirements
Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, and other channels

Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals for US-based clients.
Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Conduct initial candidate screening and assess technical skills, experience, and communication.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain candidate pipelines and follow up throughout the recruitment process.




Negotiate rates, salaries, and terms with candidates when required.
Maintain accurate candidate and submission records.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and consultants.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of US IT Recruitment and staffing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Valuable sourcing and Boolean search skills
Ability to work with multiple requirements simultaneously
Robust negotiation and follow-up skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
Willingness to work in US time zones/night shifts
