Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and proactive Sales Development Representative ( SDR) to join our team. The

ideal candidate will identify recent growth prospects, analyze market trends, and turn data into

actionable insights to improve our competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls and generate leads through calls, LinkedIn, email, and online research.

Identify, qualify, and maintain a database of potential customers.

Understand customer requirements and introduce relevant products/services.

Schedule meetings and demos with qualified prospects.

Follow up with leads regularly and support the sales team in lead conversion.

Update CRM records and track daily sales activities and targets.

Visit customer plants, manufacturing facilities, and headquarters to understand requirements

and develop business opportunities.
