Role & responsibilities
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Tool & Die Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification.
Minimum 25 years of hands-on experience operating grinding machines in a precision manufacturing or engineering setting.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T; symbols.
Experience using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, vernier calipers, bore gauges, and other inspection gauges. Basic knowledge of CMM is an added advantage.
Working knowledge of grinding wheel selection, dressing, and truing techniques.
Familiarity with CNC grinding machine controls such as FANUC, Siemens, or similar systems is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and dimensional accuracy.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team-based production workplace.
Willingness to work in shifts as per production requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

Experienced in grinding machine operation, precision measurement, engineering drawing interpretation, and quality inspection. Experience in a manufacturing or precision engineering setting is preferred.
