Position

Academic Counsellor – English & Tamil Voice Process

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students on overseas education opportunities, courses, and top universities.
Handle inbound and outbound student enquiries professionally.
Guide students through the complete admission and application process.
Assist with documentation, applications, and eligibility requirements.
Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
Provide accurate information on courses, universities, scholarships, and career opportunities.
Maintain student records and update the CRM/database regularly.
Build strong relationships with students and parents while ensuring an excellent counselling experience.




Achieve admission targets and contribute to team success.

Work Schedule
Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Half Day)
Sunday: Fixed Weekly Off

Who Can Apply?
Freshers with excellent communication skills
Experienced Academic Counsellors, Telecallers, Inside Sales, or Education Sales specialists
Fluency in English & Tamil is preferred
Immediate Joiners are highly preferred
