OT Technician – Job Opening

New Indore Super Speciality Hospital, Depalpur is hiring an experienced OT Technician to join our growing healthcare team.

Job Location: Depalpur, Madhya Pradesh
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Experience: 2–5 years

We are an NABH-approved 30-bedded multispeciality hospital, located in Depalpur, approximately 30 minutes from Indore.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist doctors and surgeons during surgical procedures.
Prepare and maintain the Operation Theatre before and after procedures.
Ensure proper sterilization and availability of OT instruments and equipment.
Handle surgical instruments and OT equipment efficiently.
Follow infection control and OT safety protocols.
Maintain OT records, checklists and documentation.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses and other OT staff.
Ensure proper handling and storage of surgical instruments.




Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and readiness of the OT at all times.

Requirements:
Diploma / B.Sc. in OT Technician / Operation Theatre Technology or equivalent qualification.
2–5 years of relevant OT experience.
Valuable knowledge of OT procedures, surgical instruments and sterilization.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a hospital setting.
