Job Title: Accountant

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Accountant to join our team. The candidate will handle billing, payment collections, bank reconciliation and GST filing, and will coordinate with clients on accounts-related matters. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on Tally Prime experience, valuable communication skills and a responsible, organised approach to work.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts & Billing:
Prepare and raise invoices / bills for trips and services
Follow up and collect outstanding payments from clients
Check bank statements and carry out bank reconciliation
Maintain accurate accounting records in Tally Prime
Prepare and file GST returns on time

Client Coordination:




Manage client relationships on billing and payment matters
Reply to emails and coordinate with clients and internal team
Resolve billing queries and payment discrepancies

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting
Working knowledge of Tally Prime
Experience in GST filing
Positive communication skills (English)
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, WhatsApp)

Preferred:
Fluency in Hindi
Candidates based in or near Kochi
Experience in logistics / transport accounts
