Roles & Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and manage insurance advisors/agents.
Generate business through the agency sales channel.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents and customers.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
Identify recent business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Support agents in lead generation, sales conversion, and policy issuance.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in Life Insurance Sales.
Robust communication and relationship management skills.
Valuable knowledge of insurance products and sales processes.
Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.
