Job Summary

Veranda RACE is hiring enthusiastic and target-driven Telecalling Executives to connect with prospective students, explain courses, generate admissions, and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students from the provided database.
Explain courses, fees, benefits, and admission process.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve sales targets.
Maintain accurate lead and customer records in CRM.
Schedule counseling sessions and branch visits.
Handle basic customer queries and escalate complex issues.
Coordinate with the admissions and counseling team for successful enrollment.
Eligibility
Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Experience in telecalling, telesales,



education sales, or customer service is an added advantage.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in Tamil.
Basic English communication preferred.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
Basic computer knowledge – MS Office, CRM & Email.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
