Telecaller Executive

Job Description:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
Explain Ayurvedic/Healthcare products clearly and professionally.
Follow up with customers and convert leads into sales.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns.
Maintain daily calling records and customer details.
Achieve monthly sales and calling targets.
Coordinate with the sales and office team for order processing.

Required Skills:
1–5 years of experience in telecalling/sales preferred.
Positive Hindi & English communication skills.
Ayurveda/Healthcare product knowledge preferred.
Solid convincing and customer-handling skills.
Target-oriented and confident personality.
Basic computer knowledge.
Experience in Ayurvedic/Healthcare telecalling will be an added advantage
