JOB DESCRIPTION – MIS EXECUTIVE

Department: MIS / Operations
Reporting To: Management / Department Head

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Collect and consolidate data from different departments.
Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, collections, projects, and operations.
Prepare dashboards and management reports as required.
Monitor targets, achievements, and performance reports.
Ensure timely submission of reports to management.
Identify data discrepancies and coordinate for corrections.
Maintain proper documentation and data confidentiality.

Key Skills
Advanced Excel knowledge, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas.
Good analytical and reporting skills.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive coordination and communication skills.
Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems is an advantage.

Qualification & Experience

Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 1–3 years in MIS, Reporting, or Data Management preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per hour
