Responsibilities
Carry out routine preventive and corrective maintenance of solar PV systems
Monitor system performance and identify faults using remote monitoring tools
Perform electrical testing, cleaning, and inspection of panels, inverters, and BOS components
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service reports
Coordinate with site engineers and clients for scheduled and breakdown maintenance
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company SOPs on site

Requirements
ITI or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
Minimum 2 years of experience in solar OM or electrical maintenance
Familiarity with on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid solar systems
Ability to work at sites across India with travel as required
Basic understanding of inverters, charge controllers, and monitoring systems
