R&D; Engineer – Lithium Battery

Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech – Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / relevant engineering discipline
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Responsibilities
Research & Development of Lithium-Ion Battery Packs for EV and other applications.
Battery pack design, development and performance improvement.
Work on Battery Management System (BMS) and battery electronics.
Assist in battery cell selection, pack configuration and component selection.
Develop and test battery prototypes as per technical requirements.
Conduct battery testing, performance analysis and troubleshooting.
Prepare technical documentation, reports and product specifications.




Coordinate with Production, Quality and Engineering teams for product development.
Support continuous improvement, cost optimization and current battery product development.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of Lithium-Ion Battery Technology, BMS and Battery Pack Design.
Understanding of electrical/electronic circuits and battery testing.
Knowledge of battery design/software tools will be an added advantage.
Valuable analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
