Budgeting & Financials: Oversee operational budgets, optimize costs, and allocate resources efficiently.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide staff, fostering a cooperative environment, and setting performance objectives.
Compliance & Risk: Ensure all company operations comply with local/international laws and manage risks.
Performance Tracking: Analyze data and prepare reports on operational performance to improve productivity.
Technology Management: Oversee the implementation of IT systems to enhance productivity.
