Minimum 1-year experience in Immigration industry (Mandatory)
Must handled Queries related to Study Visa and Tourist Visa for AUSTRALIA, UK, USA, CANADA, GERMANY.
Excellent communication skills in Punjabi, Hindi & English
Confident, positive, and target-oriented personality

Job Responsibilities:
Dealing clients with utmost respect and sympathy.
Answering incoming calls on time.
Proactively engaging with clients that have any queries or problems.
Closing deals with 100% client satisfaction.
Closing deals in accordance with closing policies of the company.
Reducing the amount of refund if any.
Maintaining proper record and documentation of deals closed on daily basis.
Reporting to seniors.
