Job Responsibilities
Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable activities.
Prepare and maintain Statement of Accounts (SOA).
Handle invoices, payments, receipts, and account reconciliations.
Follow up on outstanding payments and receivables.
Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams and customers/vendors for account-related queries.
Prepare basic MIS and reports using MS Excel.
