Job Description:

We are hiring Technical Support Executives for a Home Security Device Support Process in Gurugram. Candidates should have experience in customer service, technical support, or upselling and be comfortable assisting customers with troubleshooting and product-related queries.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide customer support through voice or chat channels
Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to home security devices
Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Deliver excellent customer service and customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate or Undergraduate
Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service, Technical Support,



Semi-Technical Support, BPO, Call Center, Customer Care, or Upselling
Valuable verbal and written communication skills
Solid problem-solving and customer-handling abilities
Basic computer knowledge

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
