Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive who has hands-on experience with Gati Software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate data, updating production records, and ensuring timely system entries to support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
Enter and update data accurately in Gati Software.
Maintain production, inventory, and order-related records.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Verify data accuracy and correct any discrepancies.
Coordinate with Production, CAD, Marketing, Accounts, and other departments for data updates.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of records.
Ensure all entries are completed within the required timelines.




Generate reports as required by management.
Maintain confidentiality of company data.

Required Skills
Mandatory knowledge of Gati Software.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
Quick and accurate typing skills.
Solid attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under deadlines.

Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in the jewellery industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
