Junior Academic Counsellor

Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Academic Counsellor who can understand students’ needs, guide them toward the right courses, and maintain a strong connection between students and management.

Key Responsibilities
Understand students’ interests, needs, and career goals.
Explain course details, syllabus, advantages, duration, and career opportunities clearly to students.
Counsel and guide students in choosing the right course.
Conduct workshops, seminars, and student interaction sessions.
Follow up with students and provide timely guidance.
Build a positive relationship with students and ensure their concerns are properly addressed.
Act as a bridge between students and management.
Coordinate with the academic and management teams regarding student requirements and feedback.
Maintain student records and follow-up details.




Support student engagement and academic activities.

Ability to understand students and communicate with them effectively.

Confident presentation and convincing skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and management.

Experience
6 months – 1 year of experience in Academic Counselling, Student Counselling, Education, Training, or a related field.
Freshers with excellent communication and presentation skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
