We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, attendance, documentation, and HR processes. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, problem-solving, and employee-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments.
Coordinate interviews, selection, offers, and onboarding.
Handle employee attendance, leaves, and HR records.
Manage employee documentation, letters, and HR files.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and first-level workplace concerns.
Coordinate with managers regarding employee performance and HR matters.
Maintain and update employee databases and HR reports.
Manage joining, confirmation, probation, transfer, and exit processes.
Coordinate payroll inputs, salary-related information, and attendance data.
Ensure proper HR policies and processes are followed.
Handle disciplinary matters and maintain proper documentation.




Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Prepare regular HR reports for management.
Coordinate with management on HR-related requirements and issues.

Required Skills
3–5 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations / Senior HR roles.
Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
Good understanding of attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee documentation.
Robust employee-handling and grievance-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS/HR software.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to handle multiple HR responsibilities independently.
Positive problem-solving and decision-making skills.
