we are currently hiring for, Dental & Physician Billing in Airoli, Sakinaka & Hospital Billing.

AR Caller (Accounts Receivable Caller) – Healthcare RCM

Key Responsibilities:
Contact insurance companies, patients, and healthcare providers to follow up on outstanding medical claims.
Resolve payment issues and ensure timely reimbursement.
Appeal denied claims and correct claim errors.
Analyze remittance advice (ERA/EOB) to identify payment discrepancies.
Maintain accurate documentation of all calls and claim updates.

Eligibility & Skills:
Minimum 1+ years of AR Dental Calling experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
Robust understanding of insurance claims, denials, appeals, and reimbursement processes.
Knowledge about Dental Terminology,



CDT codes (Current Dental Terminology), and standard claim processing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage high call volumes in a voice process.
Proficiency in medical billing software and MS Office.
Solid analytical skills.
Comfortable working rotational shifts.

Education:
Undergraduate or Graduate.
Salary Range: 22,000 to 50,000 gross PM + Incentives up to 5,000 PM

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
