We are looking for a KAM / Customer Success Executive to manage existing customers, strengthen customer relationships, increase platform usage, and drive repeat business and secondary sales.

The role will primarily involve customer engagement, regular follow-ups, promoting additional services, and achieving monthly usage and sales targets.

Responsibilities
Manage existing customers and maintain regular communication.
Conduct customer follow-ups to increase repeat transactions.
Encourage customers to use additional products and services.
Explain recent services, features, and offers to customers.
Handle basic customer queries and coordinate with the relevant team for resolution.
Build solid and long-term customer relationships.
Achieve monthly customer usage and sales targets.

Strong customer-handling and convincing abilities.
Positive follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented approach.
Basic understanding of sales and customer success.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience
1+ year of experience in Sales, Customer Support, Customer Success, Relationship Management, or a similar role.
Candidates with 6 months of relevant experience may also be considered based on their skills.

Working Days: 6 Days
Location: Indore
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
