Responsibilities
Visit customers in the field every morning to collect weekly group loan repayments.
Build and maintain valuable relationships with borrowers and group members.
Ensure timely collections and minimize overdue accounts.
Verify customer details and report any repayment issues to the Branch Manager.
Maintain accurate collection records and submit daily reports.
Follow company policies and collection procedures at all times.
Support the branch in customer service and recovery activities when required.
Requirements
Must possess a valid Two-Wheeler Driving Licence.
Must own a two-wheeler for field visits.
Willing to travel extensively in the assigned area.
Valuable communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
Basic smartphone knowledge for collection and reporting.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
