KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on inbound enquiries.
Explain products, pricing and offers clearly to customers over the phone.
Convert enquiries into confirmed orders and follow up on pending payments/orders.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and follow-ups in the tracker/CRM.
Coordinate with the dispatch/operations team to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Handle basic customer queries and complaints, escalating where needed.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
6 months to 1 year of experience in telesales, telecalling or a similar customer-facing sales role.
Valuable verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Confident, persuasive phone manner with a customer-first attitude.
Basic computer skills for maintaining call/order records.
Target-driven, self-motivated and comfortable with repetitive calling work.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
