Position: Executive – Quality Control & Product Development

Experience: 2–4 Years
Qualification: B.Sc in Chemistry/ M.Sc. Chemistry
PG Diploma in Packaging Science & Technology

Job Responsibilities:
Conduct testing of plastics, pigments, packaging materials and related products.
Perform colour matching using Benchtop Spectrophotometer.
Support quality control, product development and material testing activities.
Ensure products meet quality specifications and regulatory standards.
Maintain QC/QA documentation, test reports, dashboards and records.
Identify quality issues and support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for NPD and quality activities.




Maintain material/testing inventory and support procurement activities.
Prepare reports and maintain proper quality records.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of plastic/material and pigment testing.
Experience in colour matching and spectrophotometer preferred.
Positive understanding of QC/QA and TQM.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting), MS Office and Google Workspace.
Robust analytical, documentation and coordination skills.
