Job Title: Product Trainer

Key Responsibilities
Conduct training sessions on books, product features, USPs, target audience, and product knowledge.
Train Sales, Marketing, and other relevant teams on recent and existing products.
Prepare training presentations and engaging learning material.
Conduct onboarding, refresher, and product knowledge sessions.
Coordinate with Editorial, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams for training requirements.
Track training effectiveness and provide feedback.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Product Training, Sales Training and L&D.;
Experience in Publishing, Books, Education, or EdTech will be preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal.
Robust product understanding and ability to explain products effectively.
