Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and provide effective resolutions through international voice support.
Communicate professionally with UK & US customers via phone.
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information.
Resolve complaints and issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
Maintain accurate customer records and update relevant information.
Meet assigned productivity, quality, and customer service targets.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
Ensure skilled communication and a positive customer experience.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹46,000.00 per month
