Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking, energetic, and service-oriented Busboy / Restaurant Steward to support the restaurant service team. The role is responsible for maintaining clean and organized tables, assisting servers, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
Explicit and clean tables promptly after guests leave.
Set and reset tables with plates, cutlery, glasses, napkins, and other items.
Assist servers with food and beverage service when required.
Refill water and other table necessities.
Keep the dining area, service stations, and tables clean and organized.
Collect and remove used dishes, glasses, and cutlery.
Deliver dirty dishes to the dishwashing area and clean items to the appropriate storage area.
Assist with carrying food, beverages, and service equipment.
Support the restaurant team during busy periods.
Maintain proper hygiene and sanitation standards.




Assist with opening and closing duties.
Follow restaurant safety, cleanliness, and service procedures.
Respond politely to guest requests and direct queries to the appropriate server or supervisor.
Perform other duties assigned by the restaurant management.

Requirements
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
Physically fit and comfortable standing for long periods.
Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.
Willingness to work adaptable shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene is an advantage.
