Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for the NHT, focusing on Process, sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies.
Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and role-playing exercises to reinforce learning and improve performance.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments to enhance outcomes.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training content and methodologies.
Prepare and maintain training materials, manuals, and documentation to support the learning process.





Qualifications:
Training Needs Analysis and Current Hire Training skills
Presentation Skills and Analytical Skills
Robust Communication abilities
Experience in designing training programs
Ability to assess training effectiveness
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Bachelor's degree.
