About the Role

We are urgently hiring Lab Assistant / QC Trainee candidates for our Quality Control Department. This position is ideal for recent Diploma pass-outs who have robust interest in Math, Physics, Chemistry, and want to build a long-term career in Quality Control & Laboratory Testing.

Selected candidates will also be enrolled in the BOPT Apprenticeship Program, offering structured learning and industry-level skill development.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day QC testing activities
Conduct basic laboratory tests under supervision
Measure, record, and maintain QC data accurately
Support sampling, inspection, and documentation work
Follow QC protocols, safety procedures, and lab standards
Work closely with the QC team to ensure material quality

Required Qualification & Skills
HS/Diploma (Recent Pass-out Only)




Preferably from Science/Technical background
Interest in Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry
Keen interest in Quality Control / Laboratory work
Willing to work in A, B, C rotational shifts
Strong observation skills and attention to detail
