F&B; Department Knowledge: Mandatory

Eligibility Criteria
12th: Completed from Science / Commerce stream.
Graduation: Completed through Regular mode.
Minimum 7–8 years of relevant experience in Purchase / Procurement.
Robust knowledge and understanding of F&B; Department purchasing and procurement.
Positive knowledge of vendor management, negotiation and procurement processes.
Robust communication and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and Purchase MIS.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end purchase and procurement activities.
Manage procurement requirements for the F&B; Department.
Identify, evaluate and coordinate with vendors.
Negotiate prices, terms and delivery schedules with suppliers.




Ensure timely procurement of required materials and supplies.
Maintain purchase records, quotations, purchase orders and vendor documentation.
Monitor stock requirements and coordinate with stores/F&B; teams.
Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.
Track pending orders, deliveries and vendor performance.
Coordinate with internal departments for purchase requirements.
Prepare purchase-related MIS and reports.
