Handle purchase of gold, silver, and other jewellery from customers.
Evaluate jewellery based on weight, purity, quality, and market rates.
Conduct gold purity testing using appropriate testing methods/equipment.
Explain the purchase process, valuation, deductions, and final settlement clearly to customers.
Prepare purchase quotations, invoices, and necessary documentation.
Negotiate purchase prices while maintaining company policies and margins.
Maintain accurate records of purchased jewellery and customer transactions.
Coordinate with the accounts and operations teams for payment and documentation.
Ensure all transactions comply with company procedures and applicable regulations.
Build trust and maintain qualified relationships with customers.

Requirements
Valuable knowledge of gold purity, karat, weight, and valuation.
Robust numerical and calculation skills.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Honest, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling high-value transactions.
Basic computer knowledge.
