About the Role

We are hiring a Security Architect – IAM / Network Security

- Location: Remote

- Notice Period: Immediate - 15 days

IAM Security - Security Architect – IAM & Network Security

Notes :

We need 2 x individuals. 1 x Manager. 1 x Assistant Manager. Both with good general security architecture skills. It would be good then for one to have strong experience in network security and the other to have good IAM architecture experience (but general security architecture capability too i.e. not just an IAM specialist).

Summary profile:

Robust technical experience in Security, and security tooling, who can create detailed lower level designs, and support the implementation. This will be across all security domains,



but an initial emphasis has been placed on Identity and Access Management (at the moment the client is looking at PING for example), and Network Security. Important being comfortable creatingthe design, working with engineering teams, presenting back to the client as well as design authorities.

RoleTeamResponsibilities

Product Manager (PM)

Squad

Owns features and stories (scope, acceptance criteria, prioritisation); leads user story refinement; among other tasks, co-creates features and stories with TL; makes squad-level business decisions within agreed guardrails. Accountable for customer service uplift (e2e journey flow, agreed journey sequence). Must not: Write technical ADRs; run Sprint Planning, assign tickets, or orchestrate sprint capacity.

Tech Lead (TL)

Squad

Implementation leadership, code quality, LLD authoring, ADR authoring, feature and story co-creation and technical readiness (together with PM), refinement facilitation. Responsible for providing the input to size the effort to deliver the story / subtask.
