We are hiring for one of the top reputed Health Insurance companies - Sales Manager (Agency Channel) in Sriganganagar, Rajasthan. 10 open positions.

This is an AGENCY CHANNEL role: your main job is to RECRUIT insurance advisors (agents), train them and get health insurance business through your advisor team.

Role: Recruit quality insurance advisors, train and support them to sell health insurance policies in the market and service customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train and develop insurance advisors / agents from your local network

• Drive insurance sales through your agency network and achieve monthly targets

• Monitor and support advisors with joint field calls and regular guidance





• Build strong relationships with advisors for long-term retention

• Conduct product and process training for your advisor team

• Follow IRDAI / regulatory norms and company policies

What we are looking for:

• 1 to 5 years of experience in field sales / agency development / financial services

• Good knowledge of insurance and financial products

• Solid people management and networking skills

• Must be living in / near Sriganganagar (local candidates only)

• Graduate in any discipline

Salary: Rs 3,50,000 - 4,00,000 per annum + incentives
