We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. This position is suitable for individuals with 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.

Responsibilities

- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and timely record-keeping.
- Assist in preparing job descriptions and managing job postings on various platforms.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.




- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company and attract potential candidates.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Ability to build relationships and network effectively with potential candidates.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
