We are seeking a motivated Key Account Manager to join our team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our key clients, developing account strategies, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for client success.
Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive sales growth and maximize revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts as well as potential new clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations to management.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market trends.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proven ability to analyze data and create strategic plans based on insights.
- Experience with CRM software to manage client accounts and track performance.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with sales processes and techniques, particularly in B2B environments.
Qualification: Any graduate (10+2+3) with a minimum of 1 year of experience or an MBA fresher
The candidate should be fluent in Hindi and English.
Versant Level: 4

Rotational Shifts: (7 am to 9 pm (any 9 hours between), Female and Male)

Work from the Office
CTC: Up to 25,000/- per month for an MBA fresher
Take home: 20,000/- per month for an MBA fresher
CTC: Up to 30,000/- per month for experienced candidates
Take Home: up to 25,000/- for experienced candidates
Apprentice Salary:
Freshers: 22,500/- stipend per month
