Profiles should have strong experience in:

1. Financial Reporting – 5–10 years
2. IFRS 9 – Financial Instruments
3. IFRS 17 – Insurance Contracts
4. Strong Excel
5. Financial statement / reporting analysis
6. Ability to explain movement drivers and financial impact
7. Audit-ready documentation / workpapers
8. Experience working with strict monthly/quarterly reporting deadlines
