Role DescriptionSENIOR BIM ARCHITECT
Experience: 10+ years
Role Purpose
Lead the BIM-based architectural coordination and digital information
workplace for the monument.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage architectural BIM model.
● Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP and stone models.
● Establish BIM standards and protocols.
● Coordinate clash detection.
● Manage design revisions.
● Integrate stone block information into BIM.
● Support shop drawings and fabrication information.
● Support 4D construction sequencing.
● Generate model-based quantities and schedules.
● Coordinate BIM information with CNC production.
● Establish digital document/model control.
Qualification
B.Arch / M Arch with strong BIM expertise.
Preferred Skills
Revit, Navisworks, BIM coordination, complex architectural modelling and
construction documentation.
KPIs
● Accurate coordinated model.
● Timely issue of BIM information.
● Minimum clashes.
● Accurate stone/fabrication information.
● Effective integration with construction.
Profile
Architectural BIM leader experienced in highly complex buildings, large stone
architecture and multidisciplinary coordination.
