OnGrow Media is hiring a remote Appointment Setter / SDR to help us contact, qualify, and book calls with inbound and outbound leads.

This is a sales-focused role. Your job is to make sure every interested lead is contacted quickly, qualified properly, and moved onto a sales call.

What you'll be doing:

- Call new leads as soon as they come in
- Respond to leads from paid ads, cold email, cold SMS, and LinkedIn
- Contact fresh leads within 5 minutes whenever possible
- Qualify prospects using our sales scripts and SOPs
- Book qualified prospects onto sales calls
- Follow up with leads who don't answer
- Update all activity and notes in GoHighLevel CRM
- Keep Slack updated so the team knows the status of every lead
- Make sure no interested lead gets missed
- Coordinate with the outreach team when a LinkedIn or SMS lead needs a phone follow-up

What we're looking for:

- Strong spoken and written English
- Confident on phone calls
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and agency owners
- Good follow-up and communication skills
- Highly organized and responsive
- Able to follow scripts while still sounding natural




- Comfortable working inside a CRM
- Previous appointment-setting, SDR, sales, or cold-calling experience is preferred
- GoHighLevel experience is a plus

- No leads falling through the cracks
