Role Description This is a part time remote role for a Business Development Intern. The intern will support outreach to HR and L&D; decision-makers, assist in lead generation, and help qualify potential enterprise clients.



Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research on target industries and regions, preparing prospect lists, drafting outreach messages, and coordinating follow-ups with interested organizations. The intern will also help maintain CRM records, support basic customer interaction, and collaborate with the business development team on campaigns and partner initiatives.

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to identify opportunities and interpret business data.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects professionally and support client interactions.
