Profile - We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function and work closely with management on people strategy, organizational growth, performance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead manpower planning, organizational structuring, and workforce budgeting.
- Oversee recruitment, including critical and senior-level hiring.
- Drive KPI, KRA, performance appraisal, and incentive processes.
- Develop employee retention, engagement, and culture-building initiatives.




- Identify talent gaps and support succession planning and career development.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and HR policies.
- Monitor HR metrics such as attrition, productivity, headcount, and manpower cost.
- Drive HRMS, process automation, and HR process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable HR and labour regulations.
- Provide management with data-driven HR insights and recommendations.

Requirements

- 5–8 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong exposure to Strategic HR, HRBP, Performance Management, and Talent Management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Experience in a fast-paced technology, manufacturing, startup, or growing organization preferred.
