Roles & Responsibilities Configure and support SAP FI and CO modules including GL, AP, AR, AA, Cost Center, Profit Center, and COPA. Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications. Work on SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects. Perform configuration, testing, UAT support, and defect resolution. Collaborate with ABAP and technical teams for custom developments. Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities. Handle integration with SAP MM, SD, and other modules. Perform data migration, reconciliation, and master data management. Provide production support and resolve user issues within SLA. Prepare project documentation and conduct user training sessions. Work with ticketing tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, and SAP Solution Manager. Participate in Agile ceremonies and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and business processes. Analyze and troubleshoot SAP FICO-related issues and provide effective solutions.
