Position PurposeProvide Scientific & Medical Expertise: Support medical strategy and execution for pipeline products in Specialty Care and Internal Medicine, ensuring compliance and scientific integrity.Enable Launch Readiness: Contribute to pre-launch planning, medical education, and evidence generation activities for recent products.Drive External Engagement: Act as a credible scientific resource for healthcare professionals and stakeholders, strengthening partnerships and advancing patient outcomes.Primary ResponsibilitiesMedical Strategy SupportImplement country medical plans for pipeline assets, aligned with global/regional strategy and local regulations.Scientific CommunicationDeliver accurate, balanced scientific information to HCPs; support advisory boards, congresses, and educational initiatives.Evidence GenerationCoordinate local RWE, IITs, and post-marketing studies in compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.Launch PreparationAssist in medical readiness for new product launches, including KOL mapping, training, and medical content development.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with commercial, regulatory, and clinical teams to ensure integrated execution of medical activities.Compliance & GovernanceReview promotional and non-promotional materials; ensure adherence to OPPI, CDSCO,
